The House, spacious and comfortable living

Serendipity is on two floors and stands in a delightful and peaceful village, Murci, in the Maremma area of Tuscany, only 16 km from Saturnia. Next to the house is a large terraced garden where you can enjoy relaxing in the fresh and cool air in summer.

On the ground floor, a large dining room with kitchen, supplied with all you need to do the cooking as if you were at home. The living room is separated from the dining room by an arch, and is a warm and friendly room with colour TV, DVD player, books and board games. On the same floor, there are two bedrooms, both with bathrooms en suite, a double bedroom leading out on to a patio garden and another bedroom with twin beds.

Upstairs, a charming living room with a comfortable, double sofa bed, fitted kitchenette, open fireplace, bathroom and a double bedroom with bathroom. Both rooms open out on to a large terrace which overlooks, far and wide, the beautiful Tuscan hills.
